From Forchheim to Gasthof Eichler

The way from Forchheim to Wolfsberg leads you along the meadows of Wiesent and Trubach valley.

• From Forchheim station you follow the one-way street up to the traffic light, turn on the right, cross the railway bridge leading to the right, to reach the cycle track parallel to the street to Bayreuth; direction Ebermannstadt.
• On the red lining you drive, until you can turn right toward Kirchehrenbach.
• If you have crossed the railroad on the other side of the valley, drive left toward Kirchehrenbach.
• In Kirchehrenbach you have to follow the main street to Pretzfeld.
• After a sharp right curve in Pretzfeld you meet the main road and follow this on the right turning toward Egloffstein.
• Follow this road along the valley through Wannbach and Unterzaunsbach. At the end of Unterzaunsbach you can find the well-known brewery and restaurant Meister. Here you can have a little rest with a good sip of Meisterbräu.
• You continue the valley route, passing Schweinthal, Mostviel and Egloffstein, until Hammerbühl.
• Just before the steep mountain you turn left toward Obertrubach.
• Follow again the valley route and drive on this through Untertrubach (always on main road).
• Approx. 400 Meter after Untertrubach you arrive at a crossing (left to Dörfles, strait on to Wolfsberg/Obertrubach, right to Untertrubach) and turn right.
• On the opposite side of the valley you already see our campground.

From Gräfenberg to Gasthof Eichler

• Take the train from Nürnberg-Nordost (Nuremberg-Northeast) to Gräfenberg.
• After leaving Gräfenberg station you turn left and follow the road up the steep mountain.
• At the end of the road (T-cross) you turn right toward Egloffstein.
• You drive along the small valley, passing the swimming bath and a quarry.
• At the end of the road (T-cross) you turn left toward Egloffstein.
• You have to pass a little hill in a forrest and drive strait on.
• Drive down the steep mountain, at the feet turn right toward Obertrubach
• Follow the valley route and drive on this through Untertrubach (always on main road).
• Approx. 400 Meter after Untertrubach you arrive at a crossing (left to Dörfles, strait on to Wolfsberg/Obertrubach, right to Untertrubach) and turn right.
• On the opposite side of the valley you already see our campground.
